My view on photography is that it should attempt to document the overlooked in the ordinary moments and surroundings of day to day life.

Michael Mc Garvey is a photographer based in New York City. Born in Queens during the 1970's, he's lived through the transformation of the city and those changes, as well has as travels, influence much of the subject of his work. Michael's photography focuses on urban landscapes and subject mater that might otherwise be overlooked as ordinary.
